Get started with your goal setting session at State of Fitness. At this appointment, you’ll be able to discuss your unique fitness goals with our head trainer, Jessica Stemen.

Performance Assessment

Before getting started, your coach will guide you through a screening process for functional movement to quickly assess any imbalances in mobility or stability that might affect your training, goals, or specific exercises you can do.

Training Sessions

Busy schedule? No problem! You’ll get 2 Semi-Private training sessions and 2 Conditioning sessions EACH WEEK to easily fit these effective workouts into your lifestyle, with over 140 different times per week to choose from!

When does this program start?

This program starts on February 12th, 2017.

Do I have to come for 28 straight days?

No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.

If I am out of shape, can I still do the program?

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.

What is your class schedule?

We offer over 140 training sessions per week from 5am to 7pm. 

Does the Challenge include a nutrition plan too?

Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We do offer custom plans if you would like as well!
